How It Works

1. Fill out the form below completely.
2. You will be presented with several field to help verify your identity. Please answer all questions.
3. Click the Submit button.

Once your identity has been successfully verified, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and is being processed. Your request for deletion will be effective within 45 days of receipt. Residents of Nevada: We will endeavor to honor any health information-related request within 30 days.

When your request has been completed, you will receive a follow-up email notifying you.

Important Information About Data Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. Certain data, such as legal and accounting records, may be retained as required by law. Please note that once you delete your data, you will not be able to enroll in a future Road Scholar program without creating a new account, or retrieve information from your existing Road Scholar account.

If you are a Road Scholar Ambassador, please be advised that deleting your account from our databases will also remove you from the Road Scholar Ambassadors program. Without your name, address, and email address, we will be unable to contact you about Ambassador opportunities or mail you merchandise.

Why We Require This Process

Our goal is to protect your information and ensure that personal data is not deleted without proper controls. Best security practices require that we verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty before altering our databases.

We believe our process strikes the right balance—ensuring security while avoiding the need for you to provide additional personal information, which we prefer not to collect. Additionally, some residual identifying information will be retained solely to ensure your data is not inadvertently re-added to our system in the future. This information will not be used for any other purpose beyond fulfilling your request.
