Off the Map: Horseback Riding in the High Sierra Nevada Wilderness

After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Additional information is needed to match participants with the correct horse/mule. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. At the end of the form is a link to a waiver. Rock Creek Pack Station, the entity that will provide the horseback trip during this program, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain signed liability release waivers from all participants who participate in the horseback activities. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
