After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Oregon River Experiences, the program provider, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain a signed liability release waiver from all program participants. Also, CDA Bike Shop, the provider of bicycles for this program, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain signed liability release waivers from all participants who participate in the biking activity. These waivers will be included in the preparatory material participants will receive after enrolling in the program. Prior to participating in the programs, these forms must be completed and mailed to Oregon River Experiences, 16869 SW 65th Ave PMB 251, Lake Oswego, OR 97035-7865 Participants also need to complete and return “Provider Oregon River Experiences Info Form” which provides additional information to the Provider to ensure that everything is ready for the program. These forms can be found in the yellow page section (front & back) of your “Information package” or “Other forms” link on your web account under this particular program.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Only ONE shuttle by RS provider. To Reserve: Please phone 503-563-1500 up to 2 weeks prior to Trip Start date to place reservation and pay for. At pickup time a large van, marked w/ Oregon River Experiences/Road Scholar decal will arrive. Pickup day problems call 503-563-1500 Pickup: Day 1 at 3:00 PM Spokane Airport-GEG; Meet shuttle at metered parking lot across street from north end of terminal where car rental booths are located. If you miss the shuttle, the only good option is to rent a car. No other affordable shuttle options are available. To ensure you do not miss our shuttle, we recommend staying the previous night in Spokane lodging that has a free airport shuttle. Spokane is a pleasant city to spend a day.

Take I-90 East towards Couer d'Alene and Kellogg. Stay on I-90 to exit 61, Wallace, Idaho. Turn right on s. Frontage Road for 0.8 mile, then 1st left onto Front St. drive 0.8 mile to Wallace Inn on the right side.
