All participants are also required by the cruise line to complete a Participant Declaration & Contact Information online. Closer to departure we will e-mail all participants the link to complete this. You will not get a copy of the submission in your email or any document just an email from the Cruise Line saying you submitted the form. Do not worry! if something is missing you will hear from us otherwise you will be all set! We suggest you include rsadventuresafloat@roadscholar.org in your safe email list so any email we send will not go to the spam/Junk folder. All participants will also receive an e-mail with a link to a Microsoft Form so they may select their activity level for the program. This program will have two different Activity Levels: Keep the Pace:I like to spend most of the day exploring. Whether walking historic neighborhoods at a moderate pace or out and about on a coach, I want my days full. Stairs don’t bother me, and I love to keep up with the group On Your Feet: Some walking is OK during the day. I can get on and off a coach, and I’m ready to stroll through cities and to stand for a few hours when we’re learning in museums. All participants need to be comfortable getting in & out of zodiacs, feel comfortable navigating around the ship and handle stairs while onboard. PLEASE NOTE: The ship is not suitable for Wheelchair/Electric Scooter use.
