Catherine Frank
Catherine Frank holds three degrees in English from UNC-Chapel Hill. She was director for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Duke University from 2007-2010 and has been director for OLLI at UNC Asheville since 2010. She directs the evolution of the Paths to Creative Retirement and Creative Retirement Exploration Weekend programs and all OLLI at UNC Asheville's life transitions programs, creating unique opportunities for older adults to learn from experts and one another about the many transitions in life's second half.

Lakelyn Eichenberger
Lakelyn Eichenberger is a gerontologist and caregiving advocate for Honor and Home Instead, the world’s largest provider of home care. She began her career at a local Home Instead, working directly with aging adults. Today, she is dedicated to educating professionals, families, and communities about the challenges of aging and caregiving and resources available to support them. Lakelyn earned her Ph.D. in gerontology from the University of Nebraska – Omaha and is a nationally recognized speaker and advocate for aging and caregiving issues.

Catherine Sanderson
Dr. Catherine Sanderson is the Poler Family Professor of Psychology at Amherst College, with degrees from Stanford University and Princeton University. She has published over 25 journal articles and book chapters, five college textbooks, and two trade books ("The Positive Shift: Mastering Mindset to Improve Happiness, Health, and Longevity;" "Why We Act: Turning Bystanders Into Moral Rebels"). Dr. Sanderson speaks regularly for public audiences and is passionate about sharing practical science-based strategies people can use to improve their daily lives.
