1. Kayak and Shuttle / Flight Information Form: in order to be prepared for your upcoming program, we need to collect some additional information including kayaking preferences as well as flight information. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 10 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. If you selected Accommodation 1, you have chosen to take the 2pm shuttle transfer from Ft. Myers International Airport to the Ivey House. The transport vehicle is equipped with seat belts. 2. North American Tours, the entity that will provide the kayaking paddles during this program, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain signed liability release waivers from all participants who participate in the paddling activity. This waiver will be included in the preparatory material participants will receive after enrolling in the program. Please refer to the end of this pre-program information packet for the waiver. The form must be completed and returned via scanned email attachment to rseastprograms@roadscholar.org. Please include name, program number, and program start date.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
