After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

If you require a special diet, have mobility or medical issues, please complete the attached form(s) found below previous to the programs start and either email it to groupmanifests@rockymountaineer.com or fax to (604) 606-7370. This is required by the Rocky Mountaineer to ensure the most comfortable travel possible for you.

A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Best Western Plus Port O'Call Calgary Airport Hotel in Calgary, Alberta

Start of Trip:  3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 4:00 p.m. Program Registration; 6:00 p.m. Welcome Dinner followed by Orientation.

Getting to the site: This program includes a complimentary shuttle, available from the Calgary International Airport (YYC) to the arrival hotel, the Best Western Port O' Call, for all participants. Please call the hotel from the airport for pickup informing them that you are traveling with Road Scholar. The hotel staff will advise when the next shuttle will be at the airport and will let you know where to go to meet the shuttle. Phone: 403-291-4600.

End of Trip: 9:00 a.m. after breakfast; 12:00 pm. hotel check-out.

Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: This program includes a complimentary arrival shuttle between the Calgary International Airport (YYC) and the arrival hotel at the start of the program. Participants who have not purchased airfare through Road Scholar are responsible for making their own transfer arrangements on the final day of the program. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details about the complimentary arrival shuttle and suggestions to help make your transfer arrangements at the conclusion of the program. If you wish to purchase airfare through Road Scholar, please call 800-241-1404. Please Note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
